Bluetooth wheel

Connects a "VibeRhythmWheel" over Web Bluetooth (Chrome or Edge). The browser's own chooser handles pairing. Web Bluetooth only works in a secure context: https:// or http://localhost. A LAN IP over http (e.g. opening this on your phone) won't expose Bluetooth — see the README for options.
